Terms + Conditions

MEMBERSHIPS are billed weekly, commencing from your first booked class. 

  • Memberships are billed on a weekly subscription basis.

  • Unused classes do not roll over from week to week or month to month.

  • To pause your membership, provide at least 7 days’ notice. Your membership will resume upon your return unless otherwise specified.

  • Memberships can be canceled with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

CLASS PACKS are valid for 12 months commencing from your first booked class. Any classes not used within this time frame will expire. 

  • All class packs will activate from your first booked class.

  • Class Packs purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.

  • All class bookings must be made via the Momence App or directly through the Alt+State Pilates website.

CLASS BOOKINGS

  • All classes must be booked in advance through the Momence App or our website.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking for single classes.

  • Memberships are billed weekly and auto-renew unless paused or canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time via the Momence App or website.

  • If you cancel within 12 hours, you will be charged for the class, and it will not be credited back to your account.

  • A $10 no-show fee applies if you do not cancel and fail to attend a booked class.

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds for unused classes, memberships, or class passes.

  • In the case of medical conditions or special circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.

HEALTHY AND SAFETY

  • By attending classes, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in Pilates exercises.

  • Please notify your instructor of any injuries or health concerns prior to class.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes to maintain hygiene and safety.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the class commencing. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has begun.

  • Be respectful of others in the studio by maintaining a quiet and calm environment.

  • Ensure mobile phones are on silent or switched off during class.

  • All members are requested to disinfect their used equipment after class. Disinfectant wipes/cloths will be provided.

  • Clients under the age of 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before attending classes.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your personal information is collected for the purpose of managing class bookings, memberships, and providing updates. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Alt+State Pilates reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
