  • A beginner friendly "back to basics" Reformer Pilates class that will introduce you to the major and basic foundations of the Pilates Principals. Perfect for beginners - but also fantastic for experienced and intermediate members who would like to review and reaffirm their form. Exercises can be scaled in difficulty using the springs - so no matter your level - you will be suitably challenged! 

  • Your Reformer Pilates session is designed to challenge your flexibility and strength, no matter your fitness or ability. Your instructor will be there every step of the way to make sure you feel in control and get the most from every session.

  • Remember all those stretches your physio taught you that you’re supposed to be doing daily? They actually felt amazing at the time, remember? You went home and promptly forgot to ever do them again. 

    We’ve got your back (literally).

    This 45 min session incorporates the use of resistance bands, reformers and magic circles to leave you feeling stretched and conditioned.  The perfect balance of toning reformer work & flexibility training!

    All are welcome, suitable for any fitness level.  

  • This fun and uplifting Reformer Pilates class uses the Jumpboard attachment for an added hit of cardio with your ab, glute and arm workout. Bring grip socks & a water bottle.
